Enea

Enea is an Italian boy name.

Evolution of the Roman name Aeneas, this is a variant of the Greek name Aineias, derived from the word “aine” (praise).

In Greek mythology he is one of the main heroes defending Troy from the Greeks. Later, the Roman writer Virgil continued his adventures in the Aeneid, a writing that narrate how Aeneas travels to Italy and founds the Roman state.
